The South Downs National Park is the birthplace of The Dirty Weekend. Held every year on the beautiful grounds of Hollycombe Home Farm, a centuries old family run business that also provides the majority of produce over the weekend, there’s nothing quite like this picturesque part of the world.

The Dirty Weekend kicks into action on Friday afternoon with attendees setting up camp in the pasture, kindly vacated by the sheep that live there, followed by The Dirty Weekend social in the evening. Expect toe tapping live music, Edd’s ultimate burgers, and local booze at the bar.

After breakfast and fresh coffee is served on Saturday morning groups are released for the first day of trail riding. Prepare to have expectations exceeded by some of the best riding England has to offer, which you would never have known existed! Returning to camp you’ll be greeted by a cold beer and hot showers before the farm-to-fork feast takes place in The Rusty Barn. This communal dining experience is a highlight of the weekend for many of our attendees (and will even make your non-riding friends jealous!). All produce served over the weekend is sourced within 10 miles of the farm.

Sunday continues much the same, with coffee and breakfast followed by more beautiful trails through Hampshire & Surrey.

Two days of GPX files are provided, with routes for all bikes and abilities. This year we have offered a 'taster' route, comprised of mainly road riding, for those on adventure bikes who only want to hit a few of the easiest of lanes. Just like last year, we are also supplying beginner and intermediate routes in short and long variants.
